Network Analysis on FRESH Zones

The New York City FRESH Zones are incentivized areas with financial benefits issued in underserved communities. Do New York City FRESH zones co-locate with areas in need of healthy food options? Are we able to define areas vulnerable to food insecurity? We compared supermarket and grocery store data to the NYC FRESH Zones to better understand the coverage of the program.
